JBL was founded in 1972 by John Lavin in Adlington near Chorley in Lancashire UK. Mr Lavin retired in 1991 having established the practice and its values on a firm foundation for quality service and success for our clients.

RT was founded in 1987 by Jim Taylor in Preston. Lancashire UK. Mr Taylor retired in 1999 having established the practice with firm values in client service and support.

JBL has been operated by Michael Barton and his team since 1992 and was joined by RT in 1999. The practices now operate together sharing staff, technical expertise and common values of service and support to our clients.
